The Dutch quoted construction company Heijmans has acquired 100% of the shares of Siegers Elektro.
Interfirm Links was exclusively mandated to find a buyer for Siegers Elektro.
VAG Groep Hermans is a construction company (road works and industrial buildings) with sales of € 60.000.000 and employing about 325 people.
Heijmans (Sales > € 3.000.000.000) is quoted on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.
Interfirm Links was exclusively mandated to find a buyer for VAG Groep Hermans.

The Founder
Henry Magney
- Managing Partner
A born economist, Henry has substantial experience as an investment banker working for Chemical Bank, the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, Indosuez Bank and BNP.
Henry started up a subsidiary of Agfa in Hong Kong and then went on to do the same in China, South Korea and Singapore.
Henry also lectured at various professional and educational institutions such as Vlerick Management School and the National Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
